Ballots will be mailed out on April 5 and are due back on April 29 (it's a vote-by-mail election). The ballot count will begin on May 1.
The original election happened in 2010, but the results were thrown out because SEIU-UHW committed multiple violations "that the Judge found to have interfered with the employees’
exercise of a free and reasoned choice," according to a press release issued yesterday by the NLRB. Here's an old post with the full text of the judge's 34-page decision.
