SEIU-UHW Adds 'Disney' to Shakedowns in Kaiser Election

Below, Tasty has posted photos that offer a glimpse at SEIU-UHW's stranger-than-fiction election campaign at Kaiser Permanente.

On the one hand, SEIU’s campaign is all about fear, bullying, manipulation and intimidation. Recently, for example, Niko Anagnostopoulos (an SEIU-UHW Shop Steward and member of SEIU-UHW's Executive Board) reportedly pushed a co-worker and then ripped an NUHW lanyard from the worker’s neck. This assault apparently got Anagnostopoulos suspended from Kaiser Walnut Creek Medical Center for several weeks.

In addition, SEIU is stepping up its dirty-tricks campaign targeting workers in their homes.

At the same time… SEIU-UHW is also using Disney-like cartoon characters to deliver doses of disinformation to workers. This softer, gentler side of SEIU’s disinformation campaign employs a cast of cartoon characters including SEIU’s repurposed SpongeBob character called “Contract Buddy.”

Check out these photos from the Disneyland side of SEIU’s campaign, including a shot of Dave Regan  trying to impersonate the Wizard of Oz.

Ohh, and don't feel strange if you find yourself scratching your head and saying, "WTF!"

Notice how Dave Regan's picture frame is decorated with images of Contract Buddy. Dave is so cool!
